Week 7: Aggregate Supply and Aggregate Demand

This video, like many of them, was simply a teacher and a whiteboard. Another familiar part of this video was the teachers accent, which made it a little difficult to understand. Despite his accent, the teacher was very informative in his definition of aggregate supply and demand. He had both AD and AS supply graphs drawn out and thoroughly explain what causes shifts in both lines. To make the concept easier to understand, the teacher also gave examples of what can impact the graphs and also state what can happen when there is an increase in aggregate supply/demand or decrease aggregate supply/demand. In class, we learned that aggregate supply can be impacted by something that influences the entire economy, like an increase in supply of resources or a natural disaster, decreasing resources. This was a very educational video, the only problem it was a bit hard to understand because of the teacher’s accent. Because of this, I gave this video a rating of 4 stars.
